What devices support eSIM?+

Most modern smartphones support eSIM, including iPhone XS and later, Google Pixel 3 and later, Samsung Galaxy S20 and later, and many other Android flagships. Your device must also be carrier-unlocked. Check your device settings for "Add eSIM" or "Add Mobile Plan" to confirm support.

How do I install my eSIM?+

On iPhone: Settings → Cellular → Add eSIM → Use QR Code. On Android: Settings → Network & internet → Mobile network → Add eSIM. Scan the QR code from your confirmation email or portal. You can also enter the manual activation code if your camera is unavailable.

When does my data plan start?+

Most plans start counting validity from the moment the eSIM is activated on your device (i.e. when you first connect to a local network). Some plans start from the moment of purchase. Check your plan description for the specific terms.

I didn't receive my QR code. What should I do?+

Check your spam/junk folder first — some email clients filter transactional emails. If it's not there, log in to your portal at nexiolink.com/portal using your email address and a new magic link. Your QR code is always available there. Still stuck? Email support@nexiolink.com.

Can I use my eSIM for calls and texts?+

Nexiolink plans are data-only unless the plan description explicitly states voice and SMS are included. For most travel purposes, data-only plans work with WhatsApp, FaceTime, and other VoIP apps.

Can I top up my existing eSIM?+

Yes — log in to your portal, open the eSIM details, and click "Top up data". A list of available top-up plans for your eSIM will appear. Top-ups are applied to your existing eSIM — no reinstallation needed.

My eSIM shows "No Service" after installation. What should I do?+

1. Enable data roaming in your phone settings. 2. Set the eSIM as your data SIM (not just a secondary line). 3. Restart your phone. 4. If the issue persists, go to Settings → Cellular → eSIM and check if the plan is enabled. Contact support if these steps don't resolve it.

Can I use my eSIM on multiple devices?+

No — once an eSIM QR code is scanned and activated on a device, it is bound to that device. eSIM QR codes are single-use. Keep your QR code secure.

Do you offer refunds?+

eSIMs are non-refundable once the QR code has been delivered, as they are immediately activated digital products. See our Refund Policy for the limited exceptions where we will issue refunds.

What countries do you cover?+

We offer plans for 200+ countries. Browse our shop to see all available destinations. We offer both local plans (for a single country) and regional/global plans that cover multiple countries.
