1. Data we collect
We collect only what is necessary to process your order and provide your eSIM service: • Email address — to deliver your eSIM QR code and portal access • Payment details — processed directly by Stripe; we never store card numbers • eSIM usage data — fetched from our network provider to display in your portal • IP address and browser information — for fraud prevention and security logging
2. How we use your data
Your data is used exclusively to: • Deliver your eSIM and order confirmation email • Provide you access to your eSIM portal • Send low-data and expiry alerts that you have implicitly requested by purchasing • Detect and prevent fraudulent transactions
3. Data sharing
We share your data with the following processors only as required to deliver the service: • Airalo (eSIM provisioning) — order data and ICCID management • Stripe (payments) — payment processing; Stripe is PCI-DSS compliant • Resend (email delivery) — transactional emails only • Supabase (database hosting) — EU-region data storage We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers.
4. Data retention
We retain your account and order records for 7 years to comply with UAE commercial law and UAE VAT regulations. Usage cache data is automatically deleted after 24 hours.
5. Your rights
You have the right to: • Access the personal data we hold about you • Request correction of inaccurate data • Request deletion of your account (subject to legal retention obligations) • Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time To exercise these rights, email privacy@nexiolink.com.
6. Cookies
We use only essential cookies: a session cookie for your portal login and an admin session cookie. We do not use tracking, advertising, or analytics cookies.
7. Security
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Portal access requires a signed authentication token. Stripe handles all payment data — we never see your card number. Our admin panel is protected by a server-side secret.
